In the Lit Gnosis framework, L.I.T. means Living Intentionally Today. The focus is not on appearing enlightened, but on making more deliberate choices in the present.
Gnosis: knowledge lived out
Gnosis points to knowledge that becomes personal and experiential. In this philosophy, understanding matters most when it changes behavior, boundaries, relationships, and decisions.
The core idea
Lit Gnosis combines self-knowledge, awareness, responsibility, boundaries, compassion, and intentional living. The goal is to turn insight into a way of life.
Not historical Gnosticism
Lit Gnosis is Joey Sosa’s contemporary philosophy. It is not a historical Gnostic sect and should not be presented as a replacement for academic study of ancient Gnostic traditions.
